Perfect for a short stay near relatives for Thanksgiving. Love the check in by the app and using my phone as a key. Worked seamlessly. Will definitely pick them the next time I visit.
Pretty great place to stay if you can afford it. This is not for someone on a tight budget. Average cost is about 120. Great breakfast and great service.
My husband and I have been here two nights and decided to stay a third night. The hotel is clean and we'll managed. The hospitality of the staff so far has been served with kindness and sincere care. Shena at the front desk offered me her personal soda pop because I was sick and asking if they had a soda machine. She treated a stranger like family. Thank you Shena!!!
After reading recent negative reviews we were worried about our stay. We were pleasantly surprised. Yes it is an older hotel and worn but was clean, comfortable and you could see efforts are being made to update. Breakfast was standard Hampton fare, plentiful and quickly restocked.
marlo at front desk was quite efficient. room 502 no grab bar in shower seemed odd. holes in wall and baseboard trim around closet was off/laying in floor or missing and towel hook was missing.
I checked in the property with no problem, front desk agent was very polite. Had one small issue with my room but maintenance was quick to come and resolve it. I believe his name was Justin. Very professional, I could tell he has done this for awhile the way he carried himself. Definitely the reason I'm giving this hotel a 5 star.
Room was clean and comfy. We were driving so I made reservations online.I did not leave my credit card so they did not accept the.Reservations, and we had to pay more when we got there. Other than that, it was a lovely stay short and sweet.
Nice hotel, room needs a thurough cleaning of the carpet. Its felt sticky with no shoes on. Some of the BaseBoard was falling off the wall in the bathroom.
